Manager- Operations (Electrical & Electronics / Instrumentation Maintenance)

Location: Chandrapur, Maharashtra

Experience Required: 5–7 Years

Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise maintenance activities for electrical, electronics, and instrumentation systems.
  • Should have knowledge on maintaining machine panels, drive systems, SCADA, and other automation systems to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency of plant operations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in machine panels, drive systems, SCADA, PLCs, and automation controls.
  • Plan and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.
  • Ensure minimal breakdowns and maximum availability of machines and equipment.
  • Coordinate with production and other departments for smooth plant operations.
  • Maintain documentation of maintenance activities, breakdown analysis, and equipment history.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and statutory requirements in all electrical & instrumentation works.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in maintenance processes and systems.
  • Train and develop maintenance team members on new technologies and best practices.
  • Good knowledge of industrial electrical systems, instrumentation, and control systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team management abilities.
