Business Analyst for Treasury and Trade Services

Key Responsibilities
Serve as a Business/Change Analyst for Client Operations, responsible for the requirements and coordination for successful end-to-end delivery of the various strategic and Transformational programs under Treasury and Trade Services (Cash, Cards ,Trade and Liquidity Management)
Escalate, manage, and report control issues with transparency, and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards
Engagement, Collaboration and communicating progress of the project(s) with various stakeholders across different business lines/functions/regions.
Ensures appropriate testing and validation takes places for all systems/processes delivered as part of each release
Track and monitor project activities against agreed business dates
Ensure documented reviews of project documentation takes place
Provide strong analytical, technical, business and/or management expertise to the group
Knowledge:
Strong Operational and product knowledge in Cash management, Payment Processing, TTS / Payment & Receivables.
Experienced at requirement gathering and coordinating inputs from multiple product and operational areas.
Experience leading large-scale teams including market/regulatory driven initiatives
Strong partnership skills and the ability to influence at multiple levels
A strong sense of ownership and delivering the result
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in preparing BRD’s and end to end process flows.
Knowledge on the reconciliation process and logic building tactics which will help to get the recon approach.
Skills and Aptitudes:
Proactive in identifying opportunities. Self-motivated. Willing to take ownership and responsibility.
Organizational - Managing demands from several sources and working to deadlines. Ability to multitask.
Resourcefulness - Ability to conduct research.
Presentation skills
Use independent judgment to make decisions where no clear precedents exist.
