Job Title: Product Manager for Financial InstitutionsWe help leading financial institutions to achieve digital transformation by developing innovative solutions. Our team works on high-profile projects with top clients, creating a dynamic and challenging work environment.As a Product Manager for Financial Institutions, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for our collection and debt management solutions. This role ensures that our products empower financial institutions to efficiently manage delinquency, automate collection strategies, improve recovery rates, enhance compliance, and reduce operational costs. The position is accountable for the functional depth, regulatory alignment, commercial positioning, and long-term success of our collection and debt management products.Key Responsibilities:Develop and communicate the product vision, strategy, and go-to-market approach for our collection and debt management products, ensuring alignment with bank collection priorities, risk appetite, regulatory expectations, and organizational objectives.Follow up main product improvements and align collection module development accordingly.Own, prioritize, and regularly update the product backlog, focusing on high-value collections features such as early delinquency workflows, automated reminders, segmentation strategies, promise-to-pay tracking, skip tracing, restructuring workflows, repossession, and legal collections.Convert business, risk, and regulatory requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria for development, QE, and integration teams, ensuring accurate translation of collection strategies into product features.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (sales, delivery teams, credit risk units, legal departments, collection teams, compliance, and client banks) to gather feedback, communicate changes in priorities, risks, and dependencies, and ensure alignment across all parties.Monitor collection performance using analytics and KPIs (cure rate, roll rate, delinquency bucket movement, recovery performance, PTP adherence, agent productivity), and drive continuous improvement based on customer feedback and industry benchmarks.Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and consistently serve as the voice of collection teams, risk departments, and end users throughout the product lifecycle.Assign and track ownership of product and project actions, document dependencies and milestones for collections enhancements, and ensure accountability and timely completion across contributors.Lead efforts in data security, privacy, regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and change management for financial institutions using our collection and debt management products, ensuring compliance with consumer protection, AML, data privacy, restructuring, and legal requirements.Represent our collection and debt management products in demos, implementations, conferences, workshops, regulatory discussions, and strategic meetings, and collaborate with Microsoft and ecosystem partners (e.g., SMS/e-mail gateways, scoring engines, contact center integrations) for co-selling and technical enablement.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, finance, business, or related fields.10+ years of experience in product ownership, collections systems, credit risk, debt management, or financial software platforms.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure services, decision engines, and integration patterns.Strong understanding of soft & hard collection workflows, tele calling, field visits, stat card, restructuring processes, repossession, skip tracing, and legal collections are required.Prior exposure to enterprise banking products on collections is mandatory.Knowledge of delinquent cases classification, allocation, collections strategies, strategy cost-benefit analysis, PTP tracking, legal proceedings, collections-related fees/charges etc.Knowledge of Loan Origination and Loan service requests will be an advantage.Familiarity with enterprise integration layers (core banking, contact center, SMS/e-mail gateways, decision engines, reporting platforms).Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, and Agile methodology, planning, execution, ceremonies, etc.Knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks (consumer rights, AML, data privacy, write-off rules, restructuring standards).Strong stakeholder and conflict management skills.Excellent communication between technical and business units.Customer- and risk-oriented mindset.Adaptability in fast-changing regulatory and risk environments.What We Offer:Performance-linked bonus: Your hard work doesn't go unnoticed.
