Graphic Designer PositionOur company is seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to work in a remote environment. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional creative expertise and be able to drive engagement and sales through their high-quality design work.This position requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in senior-level positions, specializing in social media, ecommerce, and product packaging.Responsibilities:Create engaging graphics for all social media channelsDesign high-converting assets for our ecommerce platformLead the conceptualization and execution of product packaging from initial design to print-ready filesManage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting strict deadlines in a fast-paced environmentCollaborate remotely with marketing and product teams to understand project goals and requirementsMaintain brand consistency across all digital and physical design projectsRequirementsThe ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:10+ Years of Experience: A minimum of 10 years of hands-on graphic design experience, with at least 5 years in a Senior Graphic Designer role or higher (e.g., Art Director, Lead Designer)Portfolio Excellence: A portfolio that demonstrates proven, high-quality work in the following areas:Social Media Designs: Carousels, stories, static posts, and banners for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and PinterestEcommerce Designs: Website banners, product page layouts, email marketing templates, and digital advertisementsProduct Packaging Designs: Expert-level experience in creating print-ready packaging files (boxes, bags, labels, etc.) with a strong understanding of dielines, CMYK, and print productionUSA Time Zone Availability: The ability to work core business hours that overlap significantly with the USA Pacific Time Zone (PT)Remote Monitoring Software: Willingness to install and use remote monitoring software for time tracking and productivity managementIdeal Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:Expert Proficiency: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign are mandatory)Strategic Mindset: A strategic mindset that understands marketing goals and consumer behaviorExcellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills for a fully remote setting (Slack, Zoom, etc.)Self-Motivation: Self-motivated, extremely organized, and requiring minimal supervisionPortfolio Quality: A portfolio that tells a story of successful campaigns and projects
