Contingent Workforce Implementation Specialist

About this role - We're seeking an exceptional professional to lead the implementation of our innovative VMS solution for clients and partners. As a key member of the Delivery Team, you will oversee the project lifecycle from requirements gathering to production go-live.This is a critical role that requires strong technical expertise, functional knowledge, and stakeholder management skills. You will serve as the primary point of contact during implementation, ensuring high-quality, timely project delivery with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction, efficiency, and long-term scalability.Key responsibilities include:Leading end-to-end implementation of functional workstreamsDesigning solutions by sharing industry best practices and delivering product demonstrationsConfiguring complex business requirements within the VMS platformManaging deployment and cutover plans to ensure seamless transition to production environmentsNavigating and resolving complex stakeholder expectationsCommunicating effectively across distributed teamsDriving estimation, timeline adherence, risk mitigation, and governanceTo be successful in this role, you'll need:Strong domain knowledge of Contingent Staffing VMS, SRM, Supply Chain, HRTech, and Procurement processesMinimum 5 years of experience with B2B web-based software development, deployment, and configurationSQL and database proficiency for configuration and troubleshooting purposesEducational qualifications in Computer Science, Procurement, or a related disciplineProven success in managing large-scale implementation programs, particularly involving ERP/CRM integrationsStakeholder management and communication skillsThis is a challenging opportunity for a self-motivated individual who thrives in dynamic environments and can balance technical detail with strategic delivery.
