As a Performance Marketer at Savart, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer acquisition and engagement through data-driven strategies. You’ll collaborate closely with our Growth, Product, and Analytics teams to optimize digital marketing campaigns, manage budgets effectively, and drive measurable results. Savart was established in 2019, and has over 2.5 Lakhs app downloads. They have given Rs 3500 Crores worth of advice in stocks, mutual funds, ETFs and bonds across India, USA & Canada markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to achieve business objectives.
- Data Analysis: Continuously monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics to optimize campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Budgeting and ROI: Manage and optimize budgets to ensure maximum ROI, including daily monitoring and adjustments to meet growth targets.
- A/B Testing & Experimentation: Conduct A/B tests and experiments across creatives, audience segments, and ad formats to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Audience Targeting: Develop targeted campaigns that resonate with Savart’s audience, especially high-net-worth individuals and retail investors.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Content, and Creative teams to align performance marketing strategies with brand and growth goals.
- Market and Competitor Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging marketing channels.
- Affiliate Marketing: Build and manage affiliate marketing campaigns to expand reach and drive high-quality traffic and leads.
- Video Ad Campaigns: Develop and optimize video ad campaigns across platforms, ensuring effective storytelling and engagement with the target audience.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: 2+ years in a digital marketing or performance marketing role, with a proven track record of driving digital marketing success in B2C companies.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other performance tracking tools.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with digital marketing tools like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, LinkedIn Ads, DV360, affiliate marketing platforms, video ad tools (YouTube Ads, Vimeo, TikTok Ads, etc.), and CRM software.
- Content Writing Skills: Ability to craft compelling headlines, descriptions, and hook lines that create impact and drive results.
- Creativity & Strategy: Ability to think creatively and strategically to drive high-quality leads and conversions.
- Data-driven Mindset: Ability to interpret and act on data insights to improve campaigns and overall performance.
