Position Title: Plant Head Department: Plant Operations (VAP Poultry & Lamb Unit) Reports To: COO / Director – Operations Location: Manufacturing Plant – Chatha Foods Limited (Lalru, Punjab) About Chatha Foods Chatha Foods is one of India’s leading manufacturers of ready-to-cook and ready-to-eat poultrybased products, supplying to major QSRs, B2B partners, and private labels. We are looking for an experienced Plant Head to lead our non-veg operations, ensuring high efficiency, compliance, and consistent product quality. OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE To lead, manage, and optimize all manufacturing operations at the plant to achieve the highest levels of productivity, product quality, cost efficiency, and safety. The Plant Head will be responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, maintaining customer service levels, and building a culture of discipline, continuous improvement, and team performance aligned with the business goals of Chatha Foods Limited. Role Overview The Plant Head –will oversee the full scope of production, engineering, QA, SCM, and HR functions, driving manufacturing excellence, food safety, and profitability. The role requires a strong leader with deep technical knowledge of meat processing and QSR-grade standards.
