This encompasses both Capital and Expense projects of Transmission Grid which entails Construction of transmission lines, sub-stations, and execution of Smart Grid solutions.Key responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, clear communication channels, performance tracking, risk management, comprehensive reporting, and crisis management.The ideal candidate should have 9-14 years of experience in planning for core T/L, a B.Tech/B.E degree, and excellent presentation skills.Key Responsibilities:Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align Functional/Project Plans with Overall AOP by fostering strong working relationships across departments.Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.Clear Communication Channels: Establish transparent communication pathways to ensure seamless information flow between teams.Monitor Portfolio/Project Progress (Time, Cost, Quality, Risk): Track project performance against established metrics and provide regular updates to senior management.Risk Management: Proactively identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact.Comprehensive Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and dashboards that highlight project status, risks, and performance against the AOP.Prepare MIS/Presentations for CEO/MD/Chairman Review: Develop and present Management Information System (MIS) reports that provide insights into project performance, financials, and alignment with strategic goals.
