Basically — you'll be the brain behind how our organization communicates, collaborates, and gets things done.What You'll DoDesign & Build a Modern IntranetArchitect hubs, sites, navigation — the whole vibeBuild modern pages & web parts with SPFx, React, Graph API, PnPAutomate provisioning, permissions, content rolloutConnect SharePoint with Teams, Power Platform, third-party toolsOptimize search so people actually find what they needMigrate legacy chaos → clean SharePoint realityRun the EngineDaily SharePoint admin (sites, structure, permissions, content)Monitor health, fix issues, optimize everythingManage governance, compliance, retention, securityBe the first line of support — you'll make SharePoint everyone's favorite againImplement DR, backups, restores — keep it safe, keep it soundGovernance, Training & AdoptionBuild and enforce governance rules (naming, lifecycle, workflows)Train site owners to be absolute champsTrack analytics, gather feedback & constantly improveWhat You Bring4+ years SharePoint Online wizardryStrong in SPFx, React/TS, Graph API, PnP, Power PlatformSearch, metadata, content types — you speak that languageAzure AD + M365 security knowledgeAmazing communicator + documentation ninjaA problem-solver with a "let's just fix it" mindsetBonus points if you know Viva, have MS certs, or love automating life with Azure Functions or Logic Apps.
