Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly capable finance professional to lead financial planning, budgeting, reporting and compliance across our business.Lead full spectrum of financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management and financial reporting.Develop maintain robust internal controls, accounting policies and financial procedures.Prepare monthly, quarterly management reports with insights and variance analyses.Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll invoicing and reconciliation activities.Manage financial audits, tax filings, regulatory submissions and compliance with relevant jurisdictions.Support strategic decision-making through financial modeling, scenario analysis and business case development.Partner with cross-functional teams to monitor performance and optimize financial efficiency.Evaluate cost structures, pricing strategies and profitability across programs.Implement financial systems dashboards and automation to enhance operational efficiency.Required Skills and QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or related discipline, ACCA, CPA, CA or equivalent qualification preferred.Minimum 5–7 years of experience in finance or accounting roles with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.Strong command of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and regulatory compliance.Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel/financial modeling skills.Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication abilities.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced high-growth environment.Strong attention to detail and proactive solution-oriented mindset.Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for leading the finance function, ensuring strong financial governance, optimizing performance and supporting data-driven decision-making. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent analytical and communication skills, who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
