Technical Support Engineer for a Web/Mobile ApplicationWe are looking for a skilled Technical Support Engineer to provide top-notch assistance to our customers. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for resolving technical issues and working closely with our development team to ensure seamless customer experiences.Provide exceptional technical support to internal and external users, including customer service teams, clients, and partners.Communicate and coordinate feedback and inputs to the development team, primarily based in India.Assist the QA lead with quality assurance activities.Troubleshoot complex technical issues with minimal support from the development team.Effectively communicate with internal and external customers to quickly identify and resolve their problems.Develop workarounds to customers when a fix will take time to be released.Deliver timely and accurate customer feedback.Follow up with clients to ensure that issues are fully resolved.Support the rollout of new applications.Contribute to procedural documentation to enhance support processes.Manage multiple cases simultaneously.Evaluate and test new releases.Pursue innovative solutions to optimize operational efficiency.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology.Availability to work during US hours (9 am to 6 pm central time).3 to 5 years of experience in tech support for web-based business applications with mobile interfaces.Familiarity with Linux, Java, JavaScript (React), MySQL, AWS.Proficiency in browser-based debugging, JSON format, REST APIs, database queries, and logs.Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.Knowledge of ticket management tools like Clickup, Jira, Trello, etc.Experience in texting and communication-based applications is a plus.Certifications in Linux, Java, Web development, AWS are desirable but not required.Experience using AI tools for day-to-day tasks.A strong development mindset to scale into a developer with minimal training.Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.Superior interpersonal and communication skills.
