Application Portfolio Management (APM) EngineerWe are seeking an experienced APM Engineer to join our team and play a critical role in capturing and analyzing application metadata.This position will involve populating and maintaining accurate application data within LeanIX, including ownership, lifecycle, business capabilities, and technical attributes.The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring completeness and consistency of metadata across the application portfolio.In this role, you will evaluate applications for business value, assess technical value, and identify candidates for retirement, consolidation, or modernization.Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to map future business requirements to existing technologies, and support decision-making on whether to enhance current platforms or build new applications.Work closely with application owners, enterprise architects, and business analysts to gather insights and validate data, and facilitate workshops and reviews to ensure alignment on application strategy and lifecycle decisions.Generate dashboards and reports from LeanIX to support executive decision-making, and provide insights into portfolio health, redundancy, risk, and optimization opportunities.The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in application portfolio management, enterprise architecture, or IT asset management, hands-on experience with LeanIX or similar APM tools, strong understanding of application lifecycle, business capability modeling, and technology stack analysis, excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, and familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks.
