Our organization is seeking a Civil Design Lead to spearhead the development of detailed design, basic engineering, and project engineering for RCC, steel structures, and PEB, encompassing buildings, industrial sheds, pipe racks, machine foundations, open foundation & pile foundation, intake structures, offshore structures, ETP/STP structures, water retaining structure, roads, drains, trenches, and other associated civil works.Key Responsibilities:Develop tender documents, including BOQs, technical specifications, and contract documents.Lead and manage a team of design engineers and draftsman, ensuring quality and timely deliverables.Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, vendors, stakeholders, and site teams.Essential Skills and Qualifications:A strong understanding of structural engineering principles.Excellent communication and coordination skills.The ability to handle multiple projects with technical accuracy.About This Role:This position offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your technical expertise in civil engineering and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
