About the JobAs a Design for Test (DFT) leader, you will be responsible for spearheading the development of innovative DFT strategies and techniques. With a wealth of experience ranging from 7 to 15 years, you will possess in-depth knowledge of DFT concepts and hands-on experience in scan insertion, ATPG, coverage analysis, and transition delay test coverage analysis.You will also be accountable for expertise in test mode timing constraints definition, scripting languages such as Perl and Shell, and experience in RTL and Gate level simulations of scan and MBIST test vectors.In addition, you will have knowledge of equivalence check, DFT DRC rules in RTL lint tool and ATPG tool, and working experience in Synopsis TetraMax/DFTMax and Cadence Encounter Test.The ideal candidate will be able to work collaboratively within an international team, adapt to a dynamic environment, learn and adopt new tools and methodologies, and multitask effectively while managing several high-priority designs simultaneously.Key Responsibilities:Develop effective DFT strategies and techniquesLead the implementation of DFT solutionsCollaborate with cross-functional teamsStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practicesRequirements:7-15 years of experience in DFTIn-depth knowledge of DFT conceptsHands-on experience in scan insertion, ATPG, coverage analysis, and transition delay test coverage analysisExpertise in test mode timing constraints definitionKnowledge of scripting languages such as Perl and ShellExperience in RTL and Gate level simulations of scan and MBIST test vectorsKnowledge of equivalence check, DFT DRC rules in RTL lint tool and ATPG toolWorking experience in Synopsis TetraMax/DFTMax and Cadence Encounter TestAbility to work collaboratively within an international teamAbility to adapt to a dynamic environmentAbility to learn and adopt new tools and methodologiesAbility to multitask effectively
