The role involves configuring Workday HCM modules, building and maintaining integrations, supporting production processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.Key Responsibilities- Configure Workday HCM modules and business processes.- Develop and troubleshoot integrations (EIBs, Studio, Connectors, XSLT, Reports).- Prepare functional specs and support testing activities.- Support production issues and system upgrades.- Work with IT and business stakeholders to optimize processes.Required Qualifications- 5+ years of Workday experience (Integrations + HCM).- Strong hands-on experience with reports, calculated fields, security, and integrations.- Experience with ERP or third-party integrations.- Workday Pro (Integrations/HCM) preferred.- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
