UX Design ExpertiseWe are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to support the design of innovative mobile and web applications for the hospitality and wellness industry.The successful candidate will be responsible for designing high-quality UI/UX for mobile apps (iOS and Android) and responsive web platforms, as well as creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and design systems to guide product development.Key responsibilities include:Design Excellence: Create visually appealing screens and intuitive interactions that meet functional requirements.Collaboration: Work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation.Research: Conduct UX research when needed, including usability checks and customer journey mapping.Design System Development: Maintain and evolve the design system, ensuring brand consistency across products.Presentation: Present concepts and design decisions clearly to internal teams and stakeholders.Requirements for this role include:Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role.Strong portfolio demonstrating mobile-first designs and clean UI work.Proficiency in Figma is required.Understanding of modern design principles, component libraries, and prototype workflows.Ability to create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.Excellent communication skills and ability to work remotely with distributed teams.Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating outstanding user experiences.Experience in hospitality/wellness tech is a plus but not mandatory.
