Weight Loss Counselor PositionWe are seeking a Weight Loss Counselor to fill this role. This position combines psychology, behavioral assessment, and first consultation sales.The Weight Loss Counselor will conduct in-depth first consultations with new prospects, understanding their lifestyle, health history, behavioral patterns, work/stress environment, and weight-loss challenges.You will also explain our program structure, what makes us different, and pricing options. Your goal is to help prospects feel heard and understood, and guide interested individuals smoothly toward enrolling and onboarding.Clinical Responsibilities:Support development of individualized treatment plans for enrolled clientsProvide psychological insights on emotional eating, stress triggers, habits, and body imageAssist in designing program modules rooted in behavioral science and sustainable habit formationParticipate in interdisciplinary discussions with dietitians, physicians, and coachesAbout the Role:This is a hybrid role requiring a strong ability to connect quickly and inspire trust. The ideal candidate has experience in behavioral health, weight management, emotional eating, or health psychology.Key Requirements:A bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field is required. A master's degree is preferred.Experience working with individuals struggling with weight loss and emotional eating is essential.Familiarity with behavioral health software and electronic medical records is a plus.
