About the RoleWe seek an experienced Identity and Access Management Professional with extensive experience in leading IAM initiatives across multiple tools and platforms. This leadership role will oversee a team of skilled professionals delivering robust IAM solutions globally from India.Lead and manage the IAM practice, overseeing a team of skilled professionals.Develop and implement IAM strategies aligned with organizational security policies and business objectives.Provide hands-on leadership and mentorship in the design, implementation, and support of IAM solutions using Ping Identity, SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, Microsoft IAM suite, Directory Services, and related technologies.Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance, governance, and risk management in IAM implementations.Drive continuous improvement initiatives in IAM processes, automation, and tooling to enhance security posture and operational efficiency.RequirementsHands-on experience in leading IAM initiatives with 15+ years of expertise in multiple IAM tools and platforms.Possess excellent leadership and mentorship skills to lead a team of 50+ professionals.Experience in developing and implementing IAM strategies aligned with organizational security policies and business objectives.Familiarity with IAM tools and platforms such as Ping Identity, SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, Microsoft IAM suite, Directory Services, and related technologies.Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with stakeholders ensuring compliance, governance, and risk management in IAM implementations.What We OfferA challenging and rewarding role that requires leadership and strategic thinking.The opportunity to lead a team of skilled professionals delivering robust IAM solutions globally.Continuous learning and growth opportunities to enhance security posture and operational efficiency.
