Now, we’re expanding our financial team — and we want a Finance Manager who’s ready to dive deep.


The Role: Assistant Finance Manager

You’ll work closely with the CFO to manage day-to-day accounting operations, assist with project-based financial tracking, and ensure compliance with tax regulations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, project-oriented environment and is looking to expand their financial skillset.


Key Responsibilities


Accounting & Bookkeeping

  • Record daily transactions – purchases, sales, journal entries, bank records
  • Maintain vendor & customer ledgers
  • Assist with project-level revenue and expense tracking
  • Support monthly and annual closing cycles


Project Accounting

  • Track project costs and billing stages
  • Reconcile service delivery milestones
  • Assist in preparing WIP and cost-to-completion reports


Banking & Payments

  • Process vendor payments, salaries, reimbursements
  • Reconcile bank, petty cash, and credit card transactions


GST & Income Tax Compliance

  • Prepare and file monthly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)
  • Handle GST reconciliation and input tax credit
  • Assist in TDS deductions and filings


Audit & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate and audit-ready records
  • Support internal and external audit processes


You’re Perfect for This Role If You Have:

  • A degree in Commerce/Accounting (B.Com or equivalent)
  • 3–5 years of experience in core accounting, preferably in a project-based business
  • Strong grasp of GST, TDS, and Indian compliance frameworks
  • Experience with Tally, Zoho Books, MS Excel or Google Sheets
  • Meticulous attention to detail and love for clean books
