DescriptionExperience4+ years of Project Management experience. Managed four full life cycle projects, overseeing project execution, deliverables, and budgets.ResponsibilitiesPerform the following activities using QC's HCM methodology:Project Planning Creation of the Project Plan based on the scope of the engagementReviewing and approval of the plan with internal and external customersManaging the plan and proactively updating the team for upcoming tasks/milestones and following up on late tasksPlan updates based on approved project changesProject Budgeting Creation of the project finance planCommunicating with the internal team on hours budgeted each weekUpdating the budget and managing to the project budget Reviewing and validating budget variances to ensure the project is on budgetSending weekly finance plans to the customer Project Execution Leading weekly internal and external project meetingsPublishing weekly status reports Confirm the projects is on track and timely communication of actions required if the project slipsManaging to the project plan and RAID logFacilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budgetPreparing for testing events and communicating entry and exit criteria for a successful eventManaging testing events to ensure timely execution and customer acceptance of each eventSubmitting project deliverables and ensuring they adhere to the QC methodology standardsProject Delivery As the project manager, you are the QC lead and key customer contact. You will be responsible for managing client satisfaction from project inception to project closeoutResponsible for the successful delivery of the project and ensuring a referenceable customerQualificationsBE, BTech or BS Degree and has or is in the process of obtaining PMP CertificationPrior project management experience exhibiting ability to follow project management principlesExperience with Oracle Cloud would be an added advantageStrong interpersonal skills to deal with project team, clients and vendorsMust be comfortable in matrix management environments and work effectively with others in managing complex projectsExperience managing offshore and onshore project resources and teamsMust have proven track record of successfully leading teams through entire project life cycleExcellent written and verbal communication skillsWilling to travel up to 25% (based on the need)
