International Education SpecialistThe ideal candidate will oversee international client relationships, ensuring their educational needs are met promptly and providing comprehensive technical support.Foster strong partnerships with schools, distributors, and education partners globally.Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions for STEM programs.Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship ManagementAct as the primary contact for international clients across major global regions.Build rapport with clients, manage expectations, and ensure timely communication.Program Implementation & SupportCoordinate global program rollouts and deliver pre/post-sales technical support.Create implementation plans suited to diverse educational systems.Monitor program delivery across time zones and maintain quality.Technical Training & DemonstrationsDeliver customized training content for international audiences.Support curriculum integration and classroom adoption.Program Monitoring & EvaluationTrack KPIs, gather feedback, and assess program effectiveness.Cross-Cultural & Curriculum AdaptationAdapt programs for IB, Cambridge, American, and other curricula.Stakeholder CollaborationSupport Business Development with technical expertise.Travel & Time Zone ManagementRepresent the organization at global events and conferences.Requirements:Possess excellent communication and project management skills.Have experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Be able to travel internationally (20-30%) for meetings and trainings.Please note that the selected candidate must be flexible, adaptable, and able to work across multiple time zones. The position involves representing the organization at global events and conferences, so public speaking skills are essential.
