BA Tech side not functionalExperience in Cards domainBIAN principlesCycling and billing processesExperience in API/Microservices (Good to have)•Job DescriptionROLE: Business Analyst LeadTechnical Skills:Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document current business processes and automation requirements.Analyze and assess business processes to identify automation opportunities and areas for improvement.Work with cross-functional teams to define and document detailed business requirements for automation projects, including process flows, use cases, and user stories.Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input and feedback from business users and subject matter experts.Collaborate with IT and automation teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications for automation solutions.Assist in the selection and implementation of automation tools and technologies.Create test plans, test cases, and conduct testing to ensure that automation solutions meet business requirements.Monitor the performance of automation solutions, track key performance indicators, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.Provide training and support to end-users and ensure the successful adoption of automation solutions.Stay current with industry best practices and emerging automation trends.Behavioral Skills :Good Communication skillsFlexible to rotational shifts, 5 days WFOTeam Player, Ability to work in a changing environmentStrong problem solving and analytical skillsAbility to work independently or within a teamManage day-to-day challenges and communicate developmental risks with the technical teamQualifications & Experience:Bachelors degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on automation and process improvement.Proficiency in business process modeling and documentation tools.Familiarity with automation technologies and tools, such as robotic process automation (RPA) and workflow automation platforms.Minimum 5-7 years of experience in business analysis role and minimum 2+ years of experience as a Lead business analystProduct implementation experience is preferred
