Job Overview:We are seeking a skilled Lighting Design Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our design department, you will be responsible for creating accurate 2D and 3D drawings based on lighting designs and project requirements.Key Responsibilities:Create detailed plans, elevations, sections, and detail drawings for various lighting installations.Develop technical documentation, including specifications, schedules, and material lists.Collaborate with lighting designers, engineers, and project managers to ensure drawings meet design intent and technical standards.Assist in calculating lighting layouts using software tools such as Dialux Evo, AutoCAD, Revit, and 3ds Max.Coordinate with suppliers and factories to ensure product specifications are accurately represented in drawings.Revise drawings based on feedback from designers, clients, and technical reviews.Ensure compliance with local electrical codes, safety standards, and industry best practices.Support the project team during installation, testing, and commissioning by providing technical drawings and guidance. Requirements:Proven experience as a Draftsman, preferably in lighting, electrical, or architectural projects.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Dialux Evo, Revit, 3ds Max, or other relevant design software.Strong understanding of lighting principles, photometry, and lighting products.Attention to detail and ability to produce precise and clear drawings.Good communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams.Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field is preferred.
