Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with a strong focus on backend development to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Python and AWS, along with hands-on experience in automation and AI-driven tools. This role involves building secure, scalable, and intelligent backend systems while collaborating on frontend requirements where necessary.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications and APIs using Python.

• Architect and manage cloud-native deployments on AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, etc.).

• Implement automation workflows and integrate AI-driven tools into backend systems.

• Support frontend development needs using modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).

• Optimize system performance, scalability, and security.

• Collaborate with product managers, frontend developers, and AI engineers for end-to-end solution delivery.

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and testing.

• Stay updated on emerging AI/ML tools and frameworks for backend integration.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience in Python (Django, Flask, or FastAPI frameworks preferred).

• Proficiency with AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, IAM).

• Hands-on experience with automation frameworks and AI/ML integration tools.

• Solid understanding of databases: MySQL/PostgreSQL (SQL) and MongoDB (NoSQL).

• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or AWS CodePipeline.

• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or AWS AI Services).

• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, AWS CloudFormation).

• Experience working with microservices and serverless architectures.

• Prior experience in compliance-driven industries (healthcare, fintech, SaaS).
