10 years’ experience or above as a Risk Specialist in IT Third Party Risk Management



EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

1. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in IT

2. Holding at least one security / GRC / TPRM certification is

preferable


KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

1. Experience in building , enhancing TPRM framework and

documents

2. Ability to develop risk questionnaires and process documents

for onboarding third parties technology service providers

3. Ability to identify , assess and mitigate third party risks

4. Ability to risk-assess third parties prior to onboarding and as a

part of continual monitoring and periodic risk assessments

5. Strong analytical & problem-solving skills

6. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation

skills, including formal report writing experience

7. Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines and resolution of

issues



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Interact with internal stakeholders and third party vendors to

conduct risk assessments

2. Periodically review TPRM documents and framework for

updates and refresh

3. Review performance of third parties along with service owners

to assess their performance on business deliverables; and

ability to infuse the evaluation score onto risk assessments

4. Articulate areas of concerns & trending risk matrices to senior

mgmt. and ensure timely mitigation

5. Conduct the vendor risk mgmt. forums and committees as a

convener
