Job TitleWe are seeking a professional to join our team as a Compliance Coordinator. This role involves providing legal and administrative support to the Executive team, acting as an office manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations for the business.Key ResponsibilitiesDrafting routine correspondence and legal documentsManaging and organizing legal files and documentsHandling phone calls, emails, and other communicationsThe Compliance Coordinator will be responsible for conducting legal research, summarizing legal documents and precedents, preparing and formatting legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, and affidavits, filing legal documents with courts and administrative agencies, and ensuring documents comply with legal procedures and regulations.Additionally, the Compliance Coordinator will communicate with clients to gather information or provide updates, schedule appointments and manage calendars for attorneys, assist in client intake and maintain client databases, assist with billing processes and maintain billing records, keep track of billable hours and expenses, and manage electronic filing systems and databases.RequirementsA full-time degree with a specialization in Corporate LawMore than 4 years of work experience in corporatesExperience in drafting contracts and agreementsExposure working with International LawApplicants should be keen to learn and progress in their career, passionate about working in a start-up that's making a difference to people's lives and careers.
