We are seeking a talented Network Support Professional to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our network infrastructure.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer incidents through conducting preliminary assessments to identify potential issues.Debug and track until resolution by analyzing the source of the issue and its impact on hardware, network, and storage resources.You will work with cloud solutions, application installations, release updates and upgrades, testing, deployment, maintenance, and enhancement of software solutions.You will address bugs and escalate to engineering for code review and verification of accuracy, testability, functionality, and efficiency.Engage with clients on live troubleshooting sessions via phone, email, and live chat to provide level 1/2 support on a wide range of products.Lead, manage, and drive incidents to resolution, whether reported reactively by customers or proactively through monitoring tools.Adhere to incident severity standards, escalating unresolved incidents to Tier 3 in a timely manner.Work with different engineering departments, relay technical information back to the customer in simple, non-technical language if required.Maintain regular updates flowing to customers regarding incident resolution efforts at all times.
