SAP Document Archiving SpecialistAbout the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled SAP document archiving specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our data archiving solutions using SAP ILM and SAP Data Archiving.Key Responsibilities:Data Archiving: Design, implement, and maintain data archiving solutions using SAP ILM and SAP Data Archiving to meet business requirements.Server Administration: Administer Windows file servers, including adding/removing authorization, adding new folders with authentication, monitoring server health, and troubleshooting issues related to authorization and server performance.Divestment: Assist in extracting and transferring archived data to buyers, creating quality documentation on maintenance activities, and ensuring seamless transition of data.Software Management: Install, configure, and troubleshoot enterprise scan and winviewer applications, as well as install new patches and updates.SAP Data Archiving: Activate and deactivate archive infrastructures, run catchup archiving for new archive objects, and perform sweeper tasks for existing archive objects.Reporting Responsibility: Provide regular status updates on progress, impediments, and knowledge sharing through agile ceremonies, update work items in ADO boards, and collaborate with other teams for timely issue resolution.Data Management: Assess and handle incidents and tickets, create quality documentation on incident resolution and maintenance, and ensure data integrity through proactive measures.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ILM and SAP Data Archiving implementation, administration, and support.Excellent understanding of data archiving concepts, techniques, and best practices.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to troubleshoot complex issues.Effective communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work with cross-functional teams.BenefitsCompetitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for career growth and professional development.Collaborative and dynamic work environment.Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance.How to ApplyIf you are a motivated and experienced SAP document archiving specialist looking for a new challenge, please submit your application, including your resume and cover letter, to [insert contact information].
