We are urgently seeking for the below position. Position : SALES MANAGER-MEP & HVAC(LAB CONSTRUCTION SETUP)(2nos.) Location : HYDERABAD & BANGALORE Experience : Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in B2B sales. Salary :- UPTO 10 LPA Education : Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or related field. MBA is a plus.Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead business development and sales efforts for our lab construction setup services. This role involves identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth by offering end-to-end lab design, construction, and fit-out solutions for clients in sectors such as pharmaceuticals, healthcare, research, and industrial R&D.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets in the lab construction segment.Identify and engage with prospective clients including hospitals, universities, research centers, diagnostic labs, and private industry.Understand client requirements related to laboratory infrastructure, and present customized solutions that include design, construction, MEP services, and equipment.Work closely with design, engineering, and project management teams to ensure client needs are met during the proposal and project phases.Prepare and deliver compelling technical and commercial proposals.Drive tender participation and manage bidding processes with government and private institutions.Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.Maintain strong post-sales client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to continuously refine sales strategies.preferably in lab infrastructure, construction, scientific equipment, or turnkey project sales.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Strong network in the healthcare, pharma, or R&D sectors is an advantage.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong understanding of lab design standards, safety protocols, and construction norms is preferred.Willingness to travel extensively as required by the role.
