Your key responsibilitiesTechnical Excellence ·       Conducted analysis of transaction risks and ways to mitigate them·       Understanding transaction structure and basis it advised on structuring issues Skills and attributesTo qualify for the role you must haveQualification • MBA from a good institute (Tier-I Indian B-school) with good academic background and high scores in finance/ economics and management subjectsExperience 0-3 years of relevant post qualification experience What we look forPeople with the ability to work in a collaborative manner to provide services across multiple client departments while following the commercial and legal requirements.
