Bloomly is looking for an Assistant Manager – Finance & Accounts to take ownership of end-to-end finance operations, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, budgeting, statutory compliances, audits, and investor support. The role involves working closely with sales, operations, leadership, and external partners to ensure strong financial discipline and enable data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure timely closures. Prepare and finalize financial statements – P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow. Build and publish daily/weekly/monthly sales and operations reports. Ensure revenue assurance through billing accuracy, collections follow-up, and receivables monitoring. Conduct financial analysis, variance tracking, and business insights for leadership. Handle GST, TDS, PF, ESI, PT filings and ensure full statutory compliance. Manage payroll processing and statutory deductions. Ensure compliance with Company Law, Labor Law, FEMA, and other regulatory norms. Coordinate and manage internal and external audits. Assist in legal documentation, vendor agreements, contracts, and governance processes. Maintain documentation and support investor reporting. Work closely with sales, operations, and leadership to improve financial processes. Identify gaps and implement best practices in reporting, controls, and compliance. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance/Commerce (B.Com/M.Com/MBA). 2–3 years of experience in accounting, FP&A, or finance operations. Strong understanding of statutory compliance (GST, TDS, PF/ESI), audits, and regulatory laws. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and accounting tools (Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks). Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a hands-on approach. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
