Senior Quality Assurance Manager

Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance ManagerWe are seeking a seasoned senior quality assurance manager to oversee our testing processes and lead a distributed QA team. As a key member of our development team, you will play a vital role in strengthening our quality assurance strategies and ensuring seamless delivery.The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in test design and execution, knowledge equivalent to ISTQB Foundation Level, and previous experience as a team leader or similar role. Key responsibilities include defining quality assurance strategies, creating test plans, tracking and reporting quality metrics, analyzing trends, and identifying root causes of issues.You will collaborate closely with product managers, project managers, and engineering teams to drive quality initiatives forward. Additionally, you will manage offshore QA members, including test case design, progress tracking, and review of deliverables. The ideal candidate will also perform hands-on testing when required and maintain high standards for test coverage.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement quality assurance strategies to ensure delivery of high-quality software productsCreate and execute test plans to meet business requirementsTrack and report quality metrics to inform data-driven decisionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defectsBenefits:This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a global environment with onsite and offshore members using English and Japanese for communication.
