Junior Merchandiser
to join our team and contribute to our growing operations.Position Overview:As a Junior Merchandiser at RC Apparel, you will assist in the day-to-day merchandising activities, ensuring smooth coordination between sales, production, and design teams. You will help manage product development, inventory tracking, and order processing to meet client expectations and timelines.Key Responsibilities:Assist in managing product assortments and preparing merchandise plans.Coordinate with suppliers and production teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.Assist with cost analysis, pricing, and inventory management.Ensure product quality and compliance with client specifications.Maintain communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams.Track sales and stock performance and provide recommendations for improvements.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in
Textiles, Fashion Merchandising, or related field .1-2 years of experience in
merchandising, apparel, or garment manufacturing
(Freshers with strong academic backgrounds are also encouraged to apply).Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.Knowledge of garment production processes and supply chain management.Proficiency in
MS Office
(Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of
ERP systems
