Senior Generative AI Developer

Role OverviewThe Generative AI Engineer will be a highly specialized professional, responsible for designing, developing and implementing sophisticated generative AI models and algorithms.Develop and deploy advanced generative AI models (LLMs, Transformers, Diffusion models) to drive enterprise innovation.Build, fine-tune and integrate LLM-based applications (chatbots, summarization, document Q&A, report generation, code assistants, etc.) to enhance business capabilities.Apply expert-level knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and context-aware pipelines to ensure accuracy and relevance.Collaborate with architects to design scalable and secure AI service architectures that meet enterprise needs.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement and maintain AI/ML pipelines for model training, validation and deployment (using tools such as MLflow, Vertex AI or Azure ML).Manage model evaluation, drift monitoring and continuous improvement processes to ensure high-quality outcomes.Optimize inference performance and cost through techniques like model compression, quantization and API optimization.Ensure compliance with AI ethics, security and governance standards to protect enterprise interests.Prepare and curate high-quality training datasets (structured/unstructured text, images, code).Apply data preprocessing, tokenization and embedding generation techniques to enhance model accuracy.Work with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Chroma) for semantic retrieval use cases to drive business value.Partner with stakeholders to identify and shape AI use cases that drive business growth.Contribute to the creation of a strategic AI adoption roadmap and reusable AI Workbench/platform components to support enterprise-wide adoption.Support proof-of-concepts, pilots and full-scale implementations with agile delivery methodologies.Document and present solution designs, technical findings and results to leadership and clients in a clear and concise manner.
