Job Description :
Experience: 10-18 years
Location- Hyderabad
Requirement :
- Strong full stack development skills in Python, including frameworks like Django
- Experience with UI modern frameworks, like ReactJS OR Angular. Good experience with MySQL - designing the database schema, writing queries, etc.
- Good experience ? Strong problem-solving skills and solutioning complex problems
- Experience in drafting best coding practices and designing highly scalable, secure, and easy to maintain software solutions
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to refine strategic, technical roadmaps and synthesizing to make improvements and recommendations
- Leads complex, cross-functional projects involving technology and business resources
- Ability to continuously drive results, display a high level of confidence, inspire and motive team performance
- Able to architect, design, review and document high level and detail solutions
- Provide hands-on support in implementing critical components across the entire stack, from front-end, middle-tier, back-end, infrastructure and data stores to automate and scale
- Experience in building large scale platforms that deal real-time complex transactions, and ability to troubleshoot distributed systems
- Knowledge of core cloud services and serverless approaches, and infrastructure as a code
- Working closely with Product owners and other stakeholders to understand the requirements and design software solutions to meet the product requirements
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Lead and oversee the clusters of product engineering function, driving innovation and strategic initiatives aligned with business goals.
- Technical Leadership: Own a set of clusters/ modules within the product and act as a primary point of contact as well as subject matter expert in those areas. Experience with front-end technologies. Strong experience with back-end frameworks. Extensive experience in programming languages in Java stack and ability to help teams write maintainable, scalable, and unit-testable code.
- Product Management: Work closely with the features/epics provided by the product owners. Ensure the implemented features are unit tested and ready to be integrated into the product.
- Collaboration and Team Building: Work with product management and business teams to ideate technology strategy and line up initiatives around the same. Drive design discussions and decisions around building scalable and modular architecture.
- Innovative solutions: Stay on top of the software engineering ecosystem, propose and implement new technologies/methodologies as per the business needs.
