Job Title: Maintenance ManagerMaintain awareness and adherence to ISO, OHSAS, and maintenance management systems.Carry out predictive and preventive maintenance activities across manufacturing equipment.Collect and analyze daily machine data to identify issues and implement corrective actions.Monitor key maintenance KPIs including availability, MTBF, and MTTR.Contribute to TPM initiatives and actively participate in Kaizen, 5S, continuous improvement, and cost-saving projects.Perform hands-on mechanical maintenance of plant machinery including CNC machines, PLC systems, SPMs, automated machining lines, conveyors, conventional machines, and industrial robots.Interpret mechanical drawings and possess strong knowledge of machine elements such as guideways, spindles, tool/work changers, and mechanical drive systems.Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in pneumatic and hydraulic systems, spindles, and other mechanical assemblies.Execute lubrication routines and ensure optimal performance of mechanical components.Required Skills and Qualifications:Educational Qualifications: Must Have: - B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with 7–10 years of experience in machine maintenanceDesirable: - Computer proficiency - Specialization in Maintenance Engineering - Experience in defense or explosives manufacturing environmentsRelevant Experience: Must Have: - Hands-on experience in maintaining plant machinery - Daily and preventive maintenance of mechanical systems - Inspection and troubleshooting of pneumatic and hydraulic machines - Knowledge of lubrication systems, bearings, guideways, ball screws, and mechanical drives - Familiarity with pneumatic machine operations - Basic understanding of electrical components in machinery - Effective spare parts management
