As part of our team, you will be working on exciting projects that protect the digital way of life.Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results and solve complex customer problems.Be responsible for end-to-end product validation, ensuring seamless integration and high-quality solutions.Develop a deep understanding of customer needs by working closely with PM, TME, and Customer Support teams.Maintain open communication channels with Development and Quality Assurance groups to achieve top-notch quality.Design and implement process improvements to enhance the QA workflow.Work with DevOps and Technical Support teams to troubleshoot customer issues efficiently.Lead technical discussions, mentor junior team members, and provide guidance on customer deployments as needed.RequirementsA minimum of 10 to 18 years of relevant experience, preferably with a degree in Computer Science or related field.Expertise in standard TCP/IP protocols such as ARP, IP, ICMP, TCP, UDP, and IPSec VPNs.Deep knowledge of Layer 2/3 networking, routing protocols like BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS, IPSec, QoS, NAT, and policies.Understanding of networking features like Multicast, IPv6, DNS, NAT, and DHCP.Extensive experience in System, Solution, Scale, Performance, interoperability, and failover testing of SD-WAN solutions.The ability to design and execute test strategies, architectures, and execution plans for enterprise-scale SD-WAN solutions.Proficiency in building and maintaining complex networking testbeds.Expertise in performance characterization of networking products.Familiarity with test orchestration, control plane, data plane, and security features of SD-WAN platforms.Skills in using traffic generators (Ixia, Spirent), protocol analyzers (Wireshark), and monitoring tools.Proficient in Automation/Programming using Python and RestAPIs.Experience in designing and implementing test frameworks, environments, and automation for system-level validation.Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware ESXi, qemu/kvm, Microsoft Hyper-V.Strong problem-solving, debugging/troubleshooting skills and a customer-focused mindset.
