As a US IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting top-notch IT professionals for our US-based clients. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in IT recruitment and should be comfortable working in US shifts to align with our clients' time zones.What You Will Do- Manage full-cycle recruitment for various IT roles in the US market, including full-stack, frontend, backend engineers, as well as iOS, Android, and AI/ML engineers- Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and direct outreach to identify qualified candidates.- Build and maintain a strong network of top IT talent to fill current and future job openings.- Keep up to date with industry trends, recruiting best practices, and relevant tools to ensure competitive hiring strategiesWhat You Will Need- Proven experience working in startups, product-based companies, or recruitment agencies specializing in US IT recruitment.- Demonstrated success in sourcing, interviewing, and placing IT professionals across various technical roles.- Ability to adapt to the fast-paced environment of tech startups and product organizations.- Familiarity with the challenges of recruiting for highly specialized IT roles in a competitive market.- Flexibility to work in US shifts to accommodate the time zone differences with US clients.- Strong desire to learn and adapt to changing environments- Persistence in your actions and mindset towards achieving resultAbout Aimhire:We at Aimhire connect great candidates with great companies, but we're not just a hiring marketplace.
