About Our Digital Creative RoleWe craft compelling brand stories that travel seamlessly from logos and brochures to reels and shorts.As a multidisciplinary designer, you'll speak today's social language, respect timeless design craft, and leverage AI to move faster and dream bigger.Key Responsibilities:Brand Development & DesignCreate logos, brandmarks, and identity systems with clear rationale.Design print-ready collaterals: brochures, flyers, posters, stationery, packaging, OOH layouts.Become a style guide expert (typography, color, grids, imagery, tone).Precision-craft final artwork for print (bleeds, color profiles, prepress checks).Digital Content & Motion GraphicsProduce engaging posts, carousels, reels/shorts, and lightweight motion graphics.Translate brand campaigns into platform-native visual narratives for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, etc.Become proficient in speed while maintaining creative quality through reusable templates.Collaboration & Quality ControlPartner with the UI/UX designer and social media manager to deliver cohesive campaigns.Present designs with a strong narrative and rationale, accept feedback, and iterate quickly.Work closely with the SM team to refine creative performance based on insights.Innovative Creativity & Workflow OptimizationUtilize AI tools like Midjourney, SDXL, DALL·E, Runway, Pika, Kaiber, and ChatGPT to ideate, generate, and iterate.Develop efficient pipelines (e.g., moodboard → AI concept → refine in Adobe or FIGMA → motion edit).Analyze learnings and promote best practices throughout the team.
