Key Roles and Responsibilities:Manage notifications for complaints, service requests, and detected problems to ensure efficient issue resolution.Prioritize and classify notifications based on urgency and importance to optimize resource allocation.Create and manage service orders to plan and execute timely interventions.Monitor the status of service orders, resources used, and associated costs to maintain transparency and accountability.Track stock movements and replenishment levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.Plan on-site interventions, including technician and equipment management, to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.Monitor interventions in real-time and adjust schedules as needed to ensure smooth delivery.Create and manage service contracts, including conditions, SLAs, and billing terms, to establish clear expectations and obligations.Monitor contract compliance and manage renewals to ensure ongoing business relationships.Manage billing for services rendered, including generating invoices based on interventions and parts used.Integrate with financial systems for payment and accounts receivable management.Analyze service performance using reporting and analysis tools to identify areas for improvement.Generate customized reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).Requirements:Proven experience working with SAP CRM Service module to handle customer service interactions, case management, and scheduling service engineers.Familiarity with S/4 HANA implementation and integration is essential.Knowledge of FIORI and its applications is a plus.What We Offer:A dynamic work environment that fosters growth, innovation, and teamwork.
