Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Java technologies, React.js, and database management. Candidates with exposure to the fintech industry, particularly in payment gateway solutions, will be given preference.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance scalable backend applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
  • Build user-friendly and responsive frontend applications using React.js.
  • Design and optimize database schemas and queries for MongoDB and MySQL..
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, providing technical solutions..
  • Implement APIs and integrate third-party systems for payment gateways and other fintech services..
  • Ensure high-quality code by writing unit tests and conducting code reviews.
  • Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications on cloud platforms (preferably AWS, though not mandatory).
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the stack.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate..
  • Solid experience with React.js for frontend development.
  • Hands-on knowledge of MongoDB and MySQL databases.
  • Understanding of RESTful API development and integration..
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (e.g., Git).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in the fintech industry, especially with payment gateway integrations..
  • Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Exposure to containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes.
  • Basic understanding of security protocols and practices in financial applications.


Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
