Job Description:


  • Develop well-researched content by gathering insights from credible sources, ensuring depth and accuracy to meet organizational goals and audience expectations.
  • Design and develop training programs tailored to role-holders across diverse industries, ensuring alignment with content briefs, specific job functions/roles, QP-NOS, entities, other industry bodies and performance goals.
  • Contextualize and customize learning content based on the unique needs of each job role, ensuring relevance and practical application in the workplace.
  • Incorporate industry best practices while aligning content development to generate innovative and impactful learning materials.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to co-create content that meets role objectives and enhances learner engagement.
  • Analyze client/ job role requirements to design innovative learning solutions, delivering tailored programs for classroom, virtual, or web-based environments.
  • Convert existing content into engaging modules using interactive formats to enhance learner engagement and knowledge retention.
  • Propose creative instructional strategies that address learning objectives for both new and ongoing projects, incorporating the latest educational / learning technologies and methodologies.
  • Write, edit, and proofread content, ensuring clarity, coherence, and adherence to organizational style and standards.
  • Formulate a cross-platform content strategy, ensuring consistency and alignment of learning objectives across multiple delivery modes.
  • Provide visual cues and inputs to graphic designers to ensure the creation of visually engaging and instructional sound learning materials.


Experience: 5 years and above.
