About This RoleAs a senior order management professional, you will play a key role in designing and implementing solutions on the IBM Sterling Order Management System (OMS) platform. Your primary focus will be on developing backend components, including order workflows, APIs, and integrations with external systems.You will work closely with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Additionally, you will troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring system stability and optimal performance.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement OMS solutions to improve order management processes and increase efficiency.Develop backend components using Java, J2EE, XML, XSLT, SQL, and REST/SOAP-based integrations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of new features and technologies.Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to maintain system stability and optimal performance.Required Skills and Qualifications:Proficiency in Core Java, J2EE, XML, XSLT, SQL, and REST/SOAP-based integrations.Experience with UI customization using Sterling Web UI Framework, Dojo, JSP, or JavaScript frameworks.Good understanding of order lifecycle, fulfillment processes, and supply chain concepts.Cloud-based OMS deployments experience is a plus.
