Talent Acquisition is a pivotal role at our organization, responsible for setting up and running recruitment across multiple disciplines. As the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will establish basic people processes suitable for a growing company.The position requires hands-on management of full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, outreach, screening, scheduling, offers, and onboarding. You will build and maintain talent pipelines in various areas, such as engineering, research, product, and growth.Key responsibilities include working with founders and hiring managers to define role scopes, success profiles, and interview plans. Additionally, you will implement and manage an applicant tracking system (ATS), scorecards, and basic recruitment analytics.Employer branding activities are also crucial, encompassing careers pages, candidate materials, social presence, and participation in relevant events. Furthermore, you will establish and document basic HR processes for new hires, collaborating with finance and legal departments.Develop a strategic approach to talent acquisition, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize recruitment processes.Design and implement effective employer branding strategies to attract top talent.Cultivate strong relationships with founders, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.Ideal candidates possess 7-12+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in fast-growing tech or SaaS companies.
