Senior AI/ML Engineering Lead

About the RoleWe're seeking a seasoned AI/ML Engineering Leader to spearhead the development of cutting-edge ML pipelines, services, and platforms using modern cloud and MLOps practices.Responsibilities:Bolster Generative AI models (LLMs, Vision Models, Multimodal Models) into business applications, fine-tuning them for optimal performance.Collaborate with agentic AI frameworks to design autonomous and semi-autonomous AI agents that drive innovation.Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to distill business needs into actionable AI-driven solutions that propel growth.Review code, mentor junior engineers, and ensure adherence to best practices in model development and deployment.Evaluate emerging tools, frameworks, and approaches to maintain our AI ecosystem's cutting-edge status.Qualifications:8–10 years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and AI Engineering.Prior experience architecting AI/ML systems, encompassing solution design, model lifecycle management, and scalability considerations.Required Skills:Deep expertise in Python, ML frameworks (TensorFlow / PyTorch)Model training, optimization, and evaluation techniquesData engineering concepts & ML pipeline automationA profound understanding of GenAI, including LLMs, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, embeddings, vector DBs, and RAG.Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, LlamaIndex, or similar).Proficiency in Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) with MLOps tools such as SageMaker, Vertex AI, MLflow, Kubeflow, etc.Critical problem-solving abilities with the capacity to translate business challenges into impactful AI-based solutions.Key Responsibilities will include:Develop and implement efficient and scalable AI/ML solutions.Analyzing complex data sets and identifying opportunities for improvement.Designing and developing predictive models and implementing machine learning algorithms.Maintaining current knowledge of AI/ML trends, technologies, and methodologies.Leveraging data visualization tools to communicate results effectively.This role involves leading and mentoring a team of Data Scientists and Engineers, ensuring they have the necessary resources to excel.Please submit your application if you are an experienced AI/ML Engineering professional looking to make a meaningful impact.
