**Job Description**We are seeking a highly skilled Test Automation Engineer to join our Australian engineering team.As a key member of our team, you will design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for our web and mobile applications. You'll work closely with QA, development, and DevOps teams to ensure delivery of high-quality software at speed.Key Responsibilities:Architect, implement, and maintain automated tests using Cypress for end-to-end UI testing.Develop and extend test frameworks in JavaScript / TypeScript for API, integration, and unit testing.Analyse test results, triage failures, and collaborate with developers to resolve defects.Write clear, maintainable, and reusable test code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.Continuously improve test coverage, performance, and reliability.Mentor other QA engineers on automation tools and techniques.Required Skills and Qualifications:4+ years of experience in test automation with the Cypress framework.Understanding of test design patterns and automation best practices (Page Object Model, data-driven tests, etc.)Experience in API testing using tools like PostmanExperience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.Benefits:100% Remote.Working with international teams in a remote environment.End-of-year complimentary time off.
