Job Description Hiring immediately for Inbound Technical Support Process For US Shift.Come work as a Tech Support Associate at a Growing Companythat offers great benefits with lots of OpportunitiesJob Profile:Taking inbound calls with printer, router and antivirus issues from the customer. Diagnosing the issue and recommending the best plan to the customer. Selling technical support plan along with relevant software.Candidate Profile:Must Have Experience in Outbound Tech Support for more than 6 months-1 yearMust know how to close their own calls.Must have good convincing and sales skills.Knowledge about BLUE SCREEN ERRORS and POP UP CALLS.Experience in troubleshooting technical issues related to- Computer, Printer, Broadband, router, Email issues, Mac, I-phone, I-pad.Salary:Rs.15,000-22,000/month(fixed)+Huge IncentivesShift : US ShiftBenefits and facilities:Fixed Salary on 1st of every month In Salary Account+Huge Incentives.24 leaves in a year+comp offs+b'day leavesDaily/Monthly IncentivesSpot IncentivesNo Extension of Shift TimingsMedical benefitsSalary: Not a bar for a right candidate.Working Days:6 daysContact: Qualifications HS Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
