Sustainability Manager We are seeking an experienced and visionary Sustainability Manager to lead our organization's sustainability strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing effective sustainability initiatives that drive business growth and minimize environmental impact. Main Responsibilities: Develop and implement the organization's sustainability strategy, aligning with global standards such as GRI, SASB, and TCFD. Lead operational efficiency, carbon footprint reduction, responsible procurement, and waste minimization initiatives across all business units in India and globally. Oversee ESG reporting, including sustainability disclosures, materiality assessments, and stakeholder engagement. Our Sustainability Manager will be a key member of our leadership team, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives while promoting a culture of sustainability within the organization. Key Skills and Qualifications: Strong understanding of sustainability principles, frameworks, and industry trends. Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive business results and minimize environmental impact. Effective communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with diverse stakeholders, including executives, employees, customers, and suppliers. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data and insights to inform decision-making.
