Artificial Intelligence DeveloperWe are seeking a skilled Artificial Intelligence (AI) Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, building, and deploying production-ready AI solutions using large language models (LLMs), multimodal models, and classic machine learning techniques.The successful candidate will be responsible for prototyping AI use cases, fine-tuning and prompting models, deploying models as scalable services, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and staying updated on AI trends.Key Responsibilities:Design and develop AI-powered software solutionsCollaborate with data scientists and analysts to integrate AI into existing workflowsDeploy models as scalable Azure services with CI/CD pipelinesWork with cross-functional teams to document and demo solutionsStay updated on the latest AI trends and best practicesRequirementsMust-Have Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field~5 years of experience delivering production software or ML solutions, with at least 2 years hands-on with LLMs or other Gen AI modelsStrong programming skills in Python, with familiarity with TypeScript or C# a plusExperience with OpenAI/Azure OpenAI SDKs, embeddings, vector databases (e.g., Azure Cognitive Search, Pinecone, FAISS)Solid grasp of supervised/unsupervised learning, evaluation metrics, experiment tracking (MLflow, Weights & Biases)Comfortable deploying on Azure (App Service, Functions, ML, Container Apps), writing Dockerfiles, setting up pipelines (Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions)Proficient with SQL and Pandas; able to wrangle tabular, text, image, and BIM/IFC dataClear communicator who can explain complex ideas to non-technical stakeholdersPreferred QualificationsKnowledge of construction, engineering, manufacturing, or related domainFront-end skills (React, Streamlit) for building user-facing Gen AI toolsFamiliarity with Snowflake, Power BI, or Tableau for analytics and visualizationAbout UsWe are a leading provider of Building Information Modeling and Construction Technology services.
