Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute advanced Port and Marine structure design including FEM analyses using Plaxis 2D/3D Develop and apply constitutive soil models for accurate ground behavior simulation. Interpret and integrate ground characterization data into modeling workflows. Prepare high-quality technical reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across geotechnical, structural, and marine engineering. Education and Professional Skills: Minimum 4-12 years of experience in geotechnical engineering with a focus on Port and Marine structures. Proven expertise in Plaxis 2D and 3D . Strong understanding of constitutive laws and soil-structure interaction. Broad experience in modeling a variety of geotechnical structures. Solid knowledge of ground investigation and characterization techniques. Excellent report writing and communication skills in English. Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities. Experience with MIDAS is a strong plus. Proficiency in coding/scripting (e.g., Python, MATLAB) for automation and data processing is a plus.
